Se spala ciupercile si se pun la calit intr-o cratita cu putin ulei.

Se bat ouale cu zaharul,se adauga iaurtul, untul topit si se mixeaza bine.Se pune si faina amestecata cu praful de copt si se mixeaza in continuare.






 Compozitia se toarna in formele de briose unse cu unt.

Am pus un pic de ulei la incins, am adaugat 2 cani de suc de rosii.Cand a inceput sa fiarba am pus chiftelele,0 foaie de dafin si sarea.Am lasat sa fiarba 10' .La final am condimentata cu piper.

Am servit cu piure de cartofi.

300 g afumatura de porc (pastrama, kaiser, etc)
1 ceapa
ulei 
5-6 cartofi de marime potrivita
100-150 g mazare
1 lingurita boia
1 cana suc de rosii 
sare, piper
marar


Se caleste afumatura si ceapa. Cand ceapa devine sticloasa se adauga boiaua si dupa 1-2' cartofii taiati.

Se prajesc aripioarele si se scot pe o farfurie.

Se fierb pastele respectand indicatiile de pe pachet. Se taie afumatura si se caleste in uleiul de masline.Pastele fierte si scurse se adauga peste pastrama si se mai calesc putin impreuna.

Singura modificare este ca am facut o glazura din 100g ciocolata alba,50 ml frisca lichida si 50 g unt pentru partea superioara deoarece nu mi-a ajuns crema.

250 g margarina
300 g zahar
3 galbenusuri
2 lingurite bicarbonat
3 linguri lapte
arome
faina cat cuprinde

Se mixeaza margarina cu zaharul si apoi se amesteca ce galbenusurile, bicarbonatul stins in lapte aromele si faina.




Aluatul obtinut se tine 2 ore la frigider.





Se intind foi de 3-5 mm grosime si se decupeaza figurine cu ajutorul unor forme.

Carnea de vita folosita la supa de vita cu galuste am pregatit-o astfel: am pus putin ulei la incins,peste ulei am pus 1,5 cani de suc de rosii,o foaie de dafin 0,5 lingurita pipe,sare sau vegeta.

Singurele modificari sun doar la decor:pe marginea tortului am pus frisca peste care am lipit fulgi de ciocolata, la glazura am folosit jumatate din cantitatea ingredientelor iar pentru ornat am oprit cateva linguri din crema folosita la umplerea tortului.

Se aseaza intr-o tava,se unge cu ulei de masline pe toate partile cat si pe interior,se asezoneaza cu piper si boia de ardei iute.Alaturi de peste se pune cartoful taiat cubulete,stropit cu ulei, si condimentat cu sare,piper si rozmarin.

Se spala bine ciupercile ( nu se indeparteaza pielita), se lasa cateva minute la scurs si apoi se pun la prajit intr-o tigaie, in ulei bine incins.

 

Se acopera tigaia cu un capac.Dupa ce  s-au rumenit pe o parte se intorc.Cand devin aurii pe toate partile se sareaza si se servesc stropite cu mujdei alaturi de mamaliguta.

Este o reteta preluaata de pe blogul lui Miha si adaptata la tava mea cu dimensiuni de 26/38
Ingrediente pentru foi:

250 g zahar
2 oua
4 linguri smantana
1.5 lingurite bicarbonat (eu am pus de amoniu)
1 praf de sare
faina cat cuprinde pentru a se obtine un aluat elastic care se poate intinde.

1 cana zahar


20 g gelatina


500 ml frisca lichida


200 ml frisca lichida sau un plic frisca praf pentru ornat


1 plic frisca praf


2 pachete (mici) de piscoturi


fructe ( capsuni, portocale kiwi, etc)

Zaharul impreuna cu doua cani de apa se pune la fiert.
